New clients / Cancellations / & No Show policy
I understand circumstances arise that require you to cancel your appt or reschedule,
I require a 24 hour notice prior to your service, that allows me to fill that spot and accommodate someone else.
Please consider my time, this is my full time job, I’m self employed relying on clients who value my services & are looking forward to their appointment. My time is valuable as is someone who’s looking to book in.
If you have a situation of emergency or urgency that you need to cancel or reschedule with significant reasons I’m very accommodating.
Cancellations within the 24 hours prior will be subject to a 50$ charge for colour service or 25$ for hair cuts must be paid prior to booking any future appts.
No shows will be subject to paying for any future appts upfront at full cost.
New clients I require a pre paid deposit of 50$ for colour services or a 25$ deposit for hair cuts which will be deducted from your service total after the service is completed
